Overview Summary

Piper PA-42 family of aircraft were designed to compete with the popular King Air family. The Cheyenne III was launched in 1980 and advances on previous models included on board de-icing equipment, a quieter cabin and a T-shaped tail.

The Cheyenne IV model is a larger version of the III.
